When we’ve hung up our TekGroup jumpers, mugs, jackets and screeding gloves etc, we want to look back and be proud of the business we created.
We know that businesses have core values for giggles (or for their business plans!), but we wanted to have values that we all believe it.
Our five values reflect what we are, how we do things and where we want to be.
We’re considering putting them above the toilet so we get to remember them daily!
